Thursday's Europa League group game between Arsenal and PSV Eindhoven has been postponed due to the lack of adequate security personnel following the death of Queen Elizabeth, UEFA said on Monday.

"This is due to the severe limitations on police resources and organisational issues related to the ongoing events surrounding the national mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II," UEFA said.

All football in the UK had been postponed last weekend following the Queen's death, despite government guidence not forcing the Premier League or EFL to do so.

The EFL announced on Monday that matches would resume from Tuesday evening, and the Premier League is expected to follow suit this weekend, although games based in London may be in doubt.
