Gerwyn Price downed world number one Michael Smith in Leicester on Saturday night to set up a final showdown with Luke Humphries.
The Welshman beat 'Bully Boy' 4-2 to set up the finale with Humphries whitewashing Joe Cullen in the other semi-final.
It's the third final in four years for Price, who last won the tournament in 2020.
'The Iceman' had come from 2-1 in what amounted to a capitulation of sorts for Smith, who at one point was averaging 110 before dropping down to 83.94.
Smith landed six 180s to Price's 4, but his 85.08 and better finishing saw the world number four through to Sunday's final.
Humphries averaged 85.96 in his 4-0 victory over Cullen, taking four 180s along the way.
