The Gunners have only played two games in the competition so far this season after their match against PSV Eindhoven was postponed in September.

Mikel Arteta's side are still top of Group A regardless and will be looking to maintain their 100% record against Bodo/Glimt.

The Norwegian club are joint second with PSV, and could still top the group.

"They are one of the contenders to be at the top of the group for sure," Arteta said of Bodo/Glimt. "Tomorrow [Thursday] again we will have a difficult test.

"Looking at the group, tomorrow's [Thursday] result is going to be really important because we can eliminate playing an extra two games and the opponents that you will be facing after that, so we know that we want to be top of the group."

PSV take on FC Zurich in the other Group A fixture.

In Group E, United host Omonia in the reverse fixture of their dramatic 3-2 away win from the previous round of fixtures.

Erik ten Hag will be without a number of key players going into the match, with Anthony Martial (26), Harry Maguire (29), Donny van de Beek (25) and Aaron Wan-Bissaka (24) all expected to miss out.

The Dutchman will also have to find a way to deal with the absence of Martial.

"Of course, I want him in, sometimes it's disappointing when they aren't available because I know we need him. When they aren't, you have to deal with the situation," ten Hag said of the Frenchman, who has three goals in his last three games.

Despite the number of injuries, United still aim to advance to the next round by topping their group.

"We are going all out for the victory. It is Europe, it is tough. I told the players weeks ago, it was important to win the group. We want to win all the games, but it's clear, we want to avoid that [finishing second in group]," ten Hag told reporters.

Real Sociedad currently top the group and face Sheriff Tiraspol on Thursday evening.

In the Europa Conference League, West Ham host Belgian club Anderlecht, looking to make it four wins from four games in Group B.

The Hammers travelled to Belgium last time out and won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Ginaluca Scamacca (23) after substitute Lucas Paqueta (25) came on to set up the winner.

That depth is unlike what West Ham fans have seen in recent years, with plenty of competition for places.

"We want real competition here and I think we have it.

"We have a real strong group of players who are doing well.

"I think, at the moment, we've got ourselves in a good position in the group and we want to qualify, and we want to keep everyone involved," manager David Moyes said ahead of the Conference League tie.

A win would see the Hammers take a huge step towards qualification for the knockout stages, ahead of Romanian side FCSB and Danish club Silkeborg IF who face off in the other Group E fixture.
