Unseeded: Ajax, Maccabi Haifa, Molde, Olympiacos, Real Betis, Servette, Sturm Graz, Union SG
12:30 GMT - The Europa Conference League play-off draw will take place in 30 minutes - and we’ll bring you the latest right here.
The draw will involve 16 teams: eight runners-up from the Europa Conference League group stage (seeded) against the eight third-placed teams in the Europa League group stage (unseeded).
There will be no British teams in the draw, but Aston Villa will keep a close eye on events as they will be drawn against one of the winners when they re-enter the tournament in the last 16 in March.
12:12 GMT - And we're underway!
The first legs will take place on 15th February, with the second legs on 22nd February.
12:06 GMT - Two-time Europa League winner Julan Escudé will help conduct the draw.
11:55 GMT - Although there are no British teams involved in this draw, the eight play-off winners will go through to the last 16, when Liverpool, Brighton, West Ham and Rangers - as group winners - re-enter the tournament.
11:50 GMT - The draw for the Europa League play-off round will take place shortly.
There are 16 teams in the draw, with eight runners-up from the Europa League group stage (seeded) drawn against the eight third-placed teams from the Champions League group stage (unseeded).
Seeded teams will play the second leg at home, and teams from the same country can't face each other in this round.
Seeded: Freiburg, Marseille, Qarabag, Rennes, Roma, Sparta Prague, Sporting Lisbon, Toulouse
Unseeded: Benfica, Braga, Feyenoord, Galatasaray, Lens, AC Milan, Shakhtar Donetsk, Young Boys
11:23 GMT - Both Man City and Arsenal should feel relieved with their ties.
Copenhagen beat Man Utd 4-3 last month and held Bayern Munich to a goalless draw in their group, so won't be push-overs, and Porto finished below Barcelona by the narrowest margins in Group H, but they avoided some tricky looking ties including PSG, Lazio and Inter.
The quarter-finals are very much in sight.
11:12 GMT - And we're underway!
11:07 GMT - Former Cheslea and England captain John Terry is presented on stage and will help conduct the draw.
11:00 GMT - The draw for the last 16 of the Champions League is set to take place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland, with Manchester City and Arsenal waiting to learn their fate.
Manchester City and Arsenal both comfortably topped their groups, but with last year's finalists Inter, Kylian Mbappe's PSG and Victor Osimhen's Napoli lurking in the draw, it's set to get a whole lot tougher.
How does the draw work?
Group winners are seeded and will be drawn against group runners-up, who are unseeded.
Seeded teams will play the second leg of the last 16 at home.

As a reminder, these are the teams left in the competition:
Group winners: Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Man City, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad
Group runners-up: FC Copenhagen, Inter, Lazio, RB Leipzig, Napoli, PSG, Porto, PSV

First legs: February 13/14 and 20/21
