Sadio Mane 'punched Leroy Sane in the face' after Man City defeat
Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane punched Leroy Sane in the face after their Champions League defeat to Manchester City on Tuesday, according to reports.
Sane’s lip was reportedly bleeding after his 31-year-old teammate struck the player in the dressing room following the final whistle at the Etihad Stadium.
The pair were seen arguing on the pitch shortly after Erling Haaland scored City's third goal in the first-leg of their quarter-final.
Sky Sport are reporting the duo had to be separated by teammates after the match with Bild claiming Mane was frustrated by the way the Germany winger spoke to him.
After landing back in Munich, Mane, a two-time African player of the year, was allegedly picked up privately from the airport while Sane took the team bus.
Bayern Munich have yet to comment on the incident.
