Newcastle to host Man City in League Cup third round
Holders Manchester United play Crystal Palace, with Chelsea drawn against Brighton.
In the other all-Premier League ties, Arsenal travel to Brentford and Aston Villa face Everton, who needed a late goal to beat League Two's Doncaster.
Salford City - in this stage of the competition for the first time in their history - will come up against Premier League side Burnley, with Lincoln, who beat Sheffield Utd on penalties in the second round, given a plumb home tie against West Ham.
Fulham's reward for beating Tottenham is a home tie against Championship side Norwich, with nine-time winners Liverpool drawn against Leicester City.
Sutton United, the lowest-ranked side left in the competition, will travel to Port Vale of League One.
The ties will be played in the week commencing 25th September.
