22:45 BST - Jude Bellingham says Ollie Watkins' late goal will bring the England team closer together.
"We're going to get criticism when we don't play well but it's important that we build that resistance to it and we come together and win these games," Bellingham told ITV.
"These moments are great, it brings us together as a team and a family. These moments make us more toegther and we take it into the final now."
22:41 BST - For anyone who feels like they didn't get enough of that as it unfolded, here are the highlights from England's incredible win.
22:37 BST - Here's how the winning goal unfolded.
22:27 BST - Ollie Watkins says he predicted his matchwinning goal earlier in the day.
"I've been waiting for that moment for weeks. It's taken a lot of hard work to get to where I am today. I'm delighted," he told ITV.
"I swear on my life, my kids' life, I said to Cole Palmer 'we're coming on today and you're going to set me up'. I knew as soon as he got the ball he was going to play me.
"When I've seen it go in the bottom corner - it's the best feeling ever."
22:18 BST - The England captain unsurprisingly singled out matchwinner Ollie Watkins for particular praise.
"We talk about being ready. We're a big team at being ready," Kane told ITV.
"When it matters, you might get five minutes, one minute, but you can make a difference, you can win us a tournament. Ollie's been waiting, he's been patient. What he did out there was outstanding. What a finish. I'm so happy for him, he deserves it."
22:15 BST - Harry Kane spoke of his pride in the team during his post-match interview.
"History made. Amazing achievement," the England captain told ITV.
"I'm so proud of everyone. Every single player, every member of staff, everyong - I'm so proud of them. To do what we've done away from home is really special.
"There's that feeling there's one more left and we need to get that one on Saturday."
21:58 BST - Incredible scenes as England make it into back-to-back finals in the Euros. They will have a formidable task ahead of them in the form of Spain, but they won't care right now. They have beaten the Netherlands and booked their place in the big dance. Click here for the full report.
21:54 BST - FULL-TIME! England are through to the Euro 2024 final!
21:50 BST - GOAL! Ollie Watkins may have won it for England!! He's stroked the ball into the back of the net with seconds of the 90 minutes remaining.
21:41 BST - Phil Foden and Harry Kane have come off and have been replaced by Cole Palmer and Ollie Watkins.
21:40 BST - NO GOAL. It's close, but it's offside. Still, England looked good there.
21:40 BST - VAR! Bukayo Saka has the ball in the back of the net but the flag is up. VAR is taking a look.
21:29 BST - In truth the second half hasn't really lived up to the first. Perhaps it's nerves, perhaps it's just the nature of a big knockout game. We've got a little over 20 of the 90 minutes remaining.
21:04 BST - We are back under way for the second half. Luke Shaw is on for Kieran Trippier in the only change to the England team at half-time.
20:49 BST - HALF-TIME: There's the half-time whistle. And breathe. The Netherlands took an early lead through a stunning Xavi Simons strike, before Harry Kane brought England level from the penalty spot. Since then Phil Foden has rattled the woodwork and had an attempt at goal cleared off the line. This game has certainly delivered so far - which side can better hold their nerve?
20:32 BST - CHANCE! Phil Foden has just arched an unbelivable shot at goal that has connected with the woodwork. It's not the same England here tonight, folks!
20:28 BST - CLOSE! Denzel Dumfries heads for goal but the ball connects with the crossbar. There is a great game unfolding here.
20:24 BST - SO CLOSE! Phil Foden thought he had scored but the ball was kept just the right side of the line by the Dutch.
20:18 BST - GOAL! Harry Kane has put England level from the spot! England were fortunate to get that decision but they won't care one bit. They are back in this game.
20:17 BST - PENALTY! Oh my word, it's been given. Everyone other than the England fans seems to be dumbfounded.
20:16 BST - Hang on, VAR are taking a look as Harry Kane got a touch from a defender's foot when taking the shot.
20:15 BST - Harry Kane has a chance in front of goal but sends the ball over the crossbar under some pressure from the defence.
20:07 BST - GOAL! What a goal that is! The Netherlands are in front early.
Declan Rice was dispossessed by Xavi Simons who then strikes the ball from outside the box to beat Jordan Pickford for a sensational goal.
20:00 BST - The anthems are done, and with a blow of his whistle, Felix Zwayer gets this big semi-final under way.
19:55 BST - Here we go, the players are on their way out.
19:41 BST - We are about 15 minutes away from anthems - excitement is building!
This England team has done it the hard way - unconvincing throughout the knockout stages so far and within seconds of being knocked out by Slovakia not so long ago.
However, they're still here fighting and have said that the best is yet to come. They will have to be on their toes against a Dutch side with Cody Gakpo humming, and some of the best players in Europe at their disposal.
Pound for pound England still have the better players, but Englad have yet to fully click at this tournament. Gareth Southgate will be hoping that will all change over the next 90 minutes (and no more).
19:19 BST - Gareth Southgate has resisted the temptation to hand Luke Shaw his first start since February, with the Manchester United left-back having made his first appearance at the tournament in the quarter-final win over Switzerland.
Captain Harry Kane retains his place up front despite a series of laboured displays thus far, with Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden supporting him in attack.
Southgate has always preferred to stick with what he knows - is it the right call this time?
18:57 BST - The Netherlands have also made just a solitary change to their XI, with Donyell Malen preferred over Steven Bergwijn.
18:55 BST - Marc Guehi has returned from his one-match ban to replace Ezri Konsa in the only change to Gareth Southgate's side from the one that beat Switzerland in the quarter-finals.
18:40 BST - We'll have team news for the big semi-final clash in around 20 minutes' times.
17:35 BST - Much of the pre-match talk has been about Harry Kane and - incredibly - his position as a starter for England as Euro 2024 has progressed.
Kane has largely struggled to make an impact at the tournament and was taken off in extra time against Switzerland before England's eventual penalty shootout win.
16:55 BST - The party is continuing for fans of the Netherlands! Just over three hours remaining until kick-off...
14:50 BST - It's not often that England fans are outnumbered at major tournaments, but that's likely to be the case today with the Dutch already getting the party started in Dortmund.
11:09 BST - Our friends over at Opta have looked in-depth at what to expect from both England and the Netherlands tonight.
England have largely struggled performance-wise up to this point at Euro 2024, while the Dutch have grown steadily as the knockout stages have progressed.

23:06 BST - That's it from us tonight, thanks for being here with us.
Join us tomorrow for all the build-up and action when England bid to reach the final against the Netherlands.
Good night!
22:48 BST - France coach Didier Deschamps praised a "very good" Spanish performance tonight after France failed to click up front despite their plethora of attacking riches:
"They're a very good team, we knew that, they proved it tonight even if we were able to open the scoring," Deschamps said.
"They created difficulties for us as they controlled the game better than us, even if we kept going until the end."
22:39 BST - As well as Yamal's record-breaking day out, Spain have also become the first team to have nine different goalscorers at a European Championship and are also the first team to win six straight matches at a Euros final tournament without requiring a penalty shootout.
Jesus Navas (38y 231d) also became the oldest-ever outfield player to appear in a semi-final at a major international tournament. Big night for the books!
22:36 BST - Dani Olmo is in dreamland right now:
22:21 BST - Nico Williams was also doing the business down the left, causing his usual levels of havoc.
Will a big club be snapping up the Bilbao man this summer?
22:14 BST - Again, just to remind you, Lamine Yamal is still just 16 years old.
As well as being the youngest Euro goalscorer of all time, Yamal (16 years and 362 days) also surpassed Pelé's record (17 years and 244 days) as the youngest player to appear in a World Cup or Euros semi-final.
Take a look at this new superstar's man-of-the-match stats:
22:12 BST - He might not have been playing as much had Pedri not been injured, but RB Leipzig's Dani Olmo has made the most of the opportunity.
He's now joint top scorer of Euro 2024.
22:03 BST - Whether it's the Netherlands or England, it's going to be tough to get past this Spanish side on Sunday.
A stunning performance from front to back.
21:53 BST FULL-TIME: It's all over! Spain are in the Euro 2024 final!
21:47 BST - Five minutes added on.
21:46 BST - Just two minutes of normal time and Mbappe misses a massive chance for France.
Spain are holding on right now...
21:36 BST - Here comes Olivier Giroud!
21:33 BST - We're into the last 15 minutes of normal time and Spain seem to be trying to slow the tempo down.
France are still looking to create and Theo Hernandez blazes a good chance over the bar.
21:20 BST - Didier Deschamps has blinked and thrown on the cavalry as they seek an equaliser: Eduardo Camavinga, Bradley Barcola and Antoine Griezmann are on.
21:03 BST - More please! The second half has kicked off.
20:48 BST - The half-time whistle goes after the quickest 45 minutes you'll ever see.
It's 2-1 and a cracking game.
20:25 BST - GOAL! A quick turnaround for Spain, Dani Olmo causes havoc in the box and his shot deflects into the back of the net.
It's 2-1 to Spain.
20:20 BST - GOAL! My word, what a goal and what a start to this match.
The youngest player ever to score in a Euros, Lamine Yamal curls an absolute peach from distance to level the scores.
The boy's 16, yikes.
20:10 BST - That's the first goal France have scored from open play at Euro 2024, madness.
20:08 BST - GOAL! A fast start for both sides but it's the French who take the lead as Randal Kolo Muani heads home a quality cross from Kylian Mbappe.
It's 1-0 to France.
20:00 BST - We are up and running in Munich!
