Matthaus: Flick will help Barcelona regain the magic of Guardiola
Germany World Cup-winning captain Lothar Matthaus says Hansi Flick will be an ideal appointment for Barcelona.
Flick is expected to be named new Barça coach in the coming days.
"Hansi's style suits Barcelona," Matthaus told BILD.
"With (Pep) Guardiola, Barcelona were spectacular and they played fantastic football.
"With Hansi, they can regain that magic."
Xavi said farewell to Barça yesterday with victory over Sevilla in their season finale.
