23:06 GMT - That's it for a frantic evening of Premier League action. Join us again tomorrow night as we take you through the latest round of Champions League matches, as Liverpool take on Bayer Levekusen, Man City face Sporting, and Celtic host RB Leipzig.

22:39 GMT - Brentford boss Thomas Frank said the loss was "emotionally very tough" to take, but felt that Fulham were the better team on the day.

"It was tough. It is emotionally very tough right now," he told Sky Sports.

"When you are leading in the 92nd minute and you lose it is tough. I don't think we hit our highest level. I think on the day Fulham were better.

"There was a lot of good defending and effort and I thought that would have given us the win. We could have won it with the chance for Fabio Carvalho and then we lost.

"When we look at the game back and we are more cool-headed we will probably be very happy with the defensive standard."

22:18 GMT - Fulham's hero Harry Wilson says of his two goals: "Both of them went in, but I'm not sure they went in how I planned."

Here he is speaking to Sky Sports:

22:12 GMT - Confirmation of how the standings look after that match.

15:00 GMT - Hello and welcome back to the Football Tracker! After a weekend of Premier League drama, what will tonight have in store?

Fulham host Brentford in the first west London derby of the season and all eyes will be on whether the Bees can maintain their remarkable goalscoring form, having netted 10 goals in their last three matches.

The Cottagers meanwhile will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing draw at Everton last week.

Without a league win since September, Fulham were denied all three points at Goodison Park after conceding a 94th-minute equaliser and have since slid down the table.

Kick-off at Craven Cottage is at 8pm, and we'll bring you the key updates throughout the evening.
