23:19 GMT - Spurs captain Son Heung-min pleaded with his team to be more ruthless after throwing away another lead.
"You get the lead five times in a row and losing the game is unacceptable," he said.
"We were soft and especially in the Premier League, even if you're winning 2-0 or 3-0 you never know what's going to happen in the end. One-nil isn't enough, you have to try to kill the game."

23:07 GMT - Ange Postecoglou struggled to hide his disappointment after suffering another defeat at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Spurs boss told Amazon Prime: "It is another game where we were well in control and probably should have scored more goals.
"We kept West Ham in the game. We created a lot of chances to score goals.
"We lacked some real conviction in the box and conceded two soft goals. They were pretty much self inflicted.
"We have to be better in the box and the decisions we make and have a lot more conviction in our finishing.
"Disappointing for the fans and disappointing for us in terms of the progress we are trying to make. We still have a long way to go and days like today show that.
"Today was a disappointing day."

"We’ve got some talent but you’ve got to give everything and there is that connection with the fans because they are seeing a group of people giving everything," Dyche told Amazon Prime.

"Huge performance because of the quality of the opposition. We were up against it tonight. We had to dig in. Thankfully we just about scraped it," he told Amazon Prime.
"The quality Tottenham showed in the first half, I don't know if we touched the ball for eight or nine minutes.
"We are a team who can give some of the good teams a bloody nose. We have that in us."

12:15 GMT - Unai Emery refused to label Aston Villa as Premier League title contenders after his side climbed to third place with a 1-0 win against champions Manchester City.
"We are not contenders. There are seven teams who are contenders more than us," Emery said.
"Now we are on game 15. We are going to play game 16 on Saturday against Arsenal and we are going to focus on it."
09:00 GMT - Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper said he accepted that there would be speculation about him getting sacked after his side's 5-0 defeat at Fulham on Wednesday, but he said he still felt he was the man for the job.
"They're the normal questions to ask (about his future), but I probably think about that the least. What I think about is what's important for the football club," he told reporters after the match.

23:14 GMT - Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Liverpool on Wednesday on his return to the club for a second spell as manager but the coach said there was plenty to be positive about, despite remaining bottom of the table.
"I'm proud of the performance but it can't be a one-off, we can't just have the bounce of the new manager," Wilder told reporters after one of the better Blades defensive performances of the Premier League season in front of a fanatical home crowd.
"That has to be the approach and attitude now. If you connect with these supporters like they did today, they will lift it and get behind it," he added.

23:04 GMT - Aston Villa recorded a whopping 22 shots on goal against Man City's two today.
Leon Bailey was a very happy bunny to see his deflected shot making the difference, which makes it 14 home wins on the bounce:
"It's very special," goalscorer Bailey told Amazon Prime. "On a night like this it's even more special. To get the win, to score the goal, it's a magnificent feeling.
"I can't put it into words how I feel right now. We showed great character and worked extremely hard to get these three points."

Virgil van Dijk scored opened the scoring at Bramall Lane, turning home a Trent Alexander-Arnold corner in the 37th minute from near the penalty spot.
The visitors dominated possession but failed to break through again until midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai made the points safe in time added on.
The victory takes Jurgen Klopp's team to 34 points - just two behind Arsenal, who beat Luton 4-3 on Tuesday.
"Obviously you have to work for every game, especially against a team who changed manager," Van Dijk told the BBC.
"It was always going to a battle but we did well and deserved the three points."
