Happy Man City ace Haaland calls Real Madrid rumours 'just banter'
Haaland is aware of the speculation, which City manager Pep Guardiola addressed last week.
The 23-year-old is clear that he is happy in England.
"I'm a football guy. It is easy for my family to come here from Norway, just across the water, it is very close," he told the Daily Mail.
"I like the vibes, the positive energy from the supporters when I meet them. Jokes, the English people in general. I like to joke with them we are quite similar in Norway, we like banter."
He also said: "People who see us on the street, Manchester United supporters, we joke with each other. People leave me alone, to a certain extent.
"I like it. If I'm in a business, I can joke with people, and that's fine."
