With the Premier League season drawing to a close, the title race, battle for European places and fight to avoid relegation continue to take plenty of twists and turns.

After another weekend of action, it's time again for Flashscore's Premier League Team of the Week.

GK - Aaron Ramsdale (Arsenal)

The Gunners kept their title hopes alive with an excellent 2-0 win away at Newcastle, where goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale made five saves and kept a 13th clean sheet of the season.

Arsenal sit just one point behind Manchester City with three games remaining, although the leaders have a game in hand.

DEF - Pedro Porro (Tottenham Hotspur)

Spurs got back to winning ways following a 1-0 victory against Crystal Palace, where Spanish defender Pedro Porro set up Harry Kane for the only goal of the match.

Porro has had a difficult start since arriving in London during the January transfer window, but setting up the winning goal against Palace could help to kickstart his Spurs career.

DEF - Nayef Aguerd (West Ham)

Nayef Aguerd put in a solid defensive showing during West Ham's shock 1-0 win against Manchester United, keeping the likes of Marcus Rashford quiet.

The Moroccan defender achieved a 7.4 match rating - his third in his last four games - as he helped the Hammers take a huge step towards confirming their status in the Premier League next season.

DEF - Benoit Badiashile (Chelsea)

Chelsea finally got back to winning ways with a 3-1 victory against Bournemouth, and it was no coincidence the return of Benoit Badiashile played a major part in their victory.

The defender scored on his return to the side, having missed seven of the previous eight matches - while also putting in a solid showing at the other end of the pitch.

MID - Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest)

Morgan Gibbs-White was Nottingham Forest's star player in their 4-3 win against bottom-of-the-table Southampton.

He scored a goal himself before setting up one of his teammates as Forest claimed what could prove to be a valuable win.

MID - Ilkay Gundogan (Manchester City)

Ilkay Gundogan netted two superb strikes in City's 2-1 win against Leeds United, and would have had a hat-trick had he converted a second-half penalty.

Aside from his contribution in front of goal, the midfielder was excellent in deputising for the absent Rodri and helped City to control the game - as they continued their push for a third consecutive league title.

MID - Martin Odegaard (Arsenal)

While Ramsdale performed admirably between the sticks for Arsenal, Martin Odegaard was just as influential at the other end of the pitch.

Odegaard opened the scoring with a superb finish from outside of the box - taking his tally to 15 league goals for the season.

MID - Dwight McNeil (Everton)

Everton produced the shock of the weekend with their 5-1 win away at Brighton, with winger Dwight McNeil making a huge difference for the Toffees.

McNeil scored twice, assisted once and forced an own goal from Seagulls 'keeper Jason Steele as Everton recorded a valuable win in their fight to stay in the Premier League.

FWD - Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)

Mohamed Salah scored the only goal of the game in Liverpool's 1-0 win against Brentford.

The close-range strike was his 100th at Anfield and his ninth goal in as many consecutive home matches, with the Egyptian continuing to set incredible records throughout his time with the Reds.

FWD - Taiwo Awoniyi (Nottingham Forest)

From a current Liverpool player to a former one, Taiwo Awoniyi netted twice for Forest in their crucial victory over Southampton.

His two strikes in the first half provided Forest with a solid platform to go on and win the game, moving to 16th in the league and three points clear of the relegation zone.

FWD - Willian (Fulham)

Fulham blitzed Leicester on Monday afternoon, thrashing the Foxes 5-3.

Willian scored twice for the Cottagers, as they ended a three-game losing streak to set up a strong finish to a remarkable first season back in the top flight.

Leicester are now in serious danger of returning to the Championship, sat in 18th place with just three games remaining - two points adrift from safety.
