Arsenal’s U18 match against Brighton was called off on Saturday after their coach mistakenly drove to Bournemouth.

The game was originally scheduled for midday, but was then delayed for 30 minutes before it was eventally called off.

According to Arsenal Youth, the Gunners' talented squad found themselves in Bournemouth - a town 95 miles away - a drive of almost 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The match will be played at a later date.

The Gunners, led by former midfielder Jack Wilshere, are unbeaten in their last three games and now face Norwich at home next week.
