And managers will want to mark down Monday, July 3rd as an important date in their diaries with FPL confirming the first batch of player prices will be revealed ahead of the game's launch.
From 1pm BST, the first 20 prices - one player from each club - will be unveiled on the FPL Show via the video below as well as on social media. A fresh pair of player prices will be revealed every three minutes.
From 2pm BST, Premier League clubs will start to unveil some more prices for their own players and will continue to do so through Tuesday and Wednesday.
Haaland the likely top dog
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is expected to be the priciest asset from the off following his sensational 2022/23 season, which saw him net 36 goals in 35 outings.
His constant reliability in front of goal saw his ownership and £11.5m cost skyrocket last term and the same will likely happen to his price tag upon the reveal.
Mohamed Salah - the most expensive starting asset at £13m last season - will always command plenty of interest as will Harry Kane, who enjoyed his highest-scoring FPL season to date.
Other popular players to keep tabs on are Kevin de Bruyne and Son Heung-min, who were both handed a starting price of £12m last term.
The latter had a difficult season overall and could be handed a hefty price drop, which could make him a tempting asset to begin with.
