Kim Huybrechts comfortably beat Gabriel Clemens 8-1 in the final of the PDC Players Championships 3 as he claimed his first title in nearly eight years.

Huybrechts had to fend off the likes of young star Josh Rock and world number four Gerwyn Price on his way to championship victory.

'The Hurricane' was dominant in the final against Clemens, not allowing his opponent to get into the game.

Once underway, the Belgian raced into a 6-0 lead before his opponent could even register a point on the board.

Despite eventually dropping a point to Clemens, Huybrechts controlled the match and won his first PDC title since 2015 in impressive fashion.

His last title came at the end of 2015, beating Peter Wright in the European Darts Grand Prix final.
