Harry Kane is reportedly open to signing a new contract at Tottenham despite continued speculation over his future.

Kane’s current deal is set to expire in the summer of 2024 and has consistently stated his desire to succeed with Spurs.

The mid-season World Cup shelved any discussions over fresh terms but according to The Athletic, new conversations will be held at the end of the transfer window.

Spurs are currently focused on potential deals in the transfer market but will re-open talks with the England captain at the conclusion of the window.

Kane is thought to be open to staying at Tottenham under the correct circumstances, but the club will face a decision the following summer when he will have 12 months remaining on his deal.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a move to Manchester United in recent weeks with Erik ten Hag allegedly making him a main striker target this month.

Kane and Spurs will be hoping to turn their recent form around as the race to finish in the Premier League top four heats up, with their next fixture coming against Fulham on Monday night.
