Liverpool are through to the next round of the FA Cup, where they will face Brighton, following a 1-0 win over Wolves away from home.

The two Premier League sides were forced into a replay at the Molineux after a 2-2 stalemate at Anfield 10 days ago.

Harvey Elliott scored the only goal of the match early in the first-half, a screamer from range that beat Jose Sa.

The young Englishman was the star of the match, putting in a performance well ahead of his years in the final third and midfield.

Liverpool looked a galvanised outfit against Wolves, on the second time of asking, dominating periods of the match.

The Reds also recorded their first clean sheet in eight results, while their hosts will still be feeling some frustration from the first clash.

Wolves did look better in the second period of the replay, but were ultimately outclassed by the FA Cup holders in 90 minutes.
