Virgil van Dijk has sustained a hamstring injury that could reportedly keep him out of action for 'weeks' at Liverpool.
The Reds' stalwart was hooked off at half-time against Brentford in the Premier League earlier this week with his leg tightly wrapped.
According to the Times, Van Dijk now faces a 'spell' on the sidelines as the defender's injury is 'worse than first feared'.

Liverpool face Wolves in the FA Cup this coming weekend, but Van Dijk will not be involved.
