Chris Horner, the boss at Red Bull, has dismissed rumours of a possible move by Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes to the Austrian team.

"What Lewis has achieved in Formula One is second to none, but we are very happy with the drivers we have," he said, in a statement released by Formula 1.

"I don't see where we could accommodate Lewis, but I'm sure they will sort out their problems," added the Red Bull boss, thus ruling out a move for the seven-time world champion.

Mercedes boss Totto Wolff, it will be recalled, had told Sky that there would be "no hard feelings" if Lewis Hamilton left the German team at the end of the season.

Red Bull, meanwhile, have two-time defending world champion Max Verstappen under contract until 2028, while Mexican Sergio Pérez signed a deal last season that runs until 2024.
