Leeds United came from two goals down to secure an incredible 4-3 victory over Bournemouth in a blockbuster at Elland Road. Crysencio Summerville (21) struck a late winner for the second time in a week to ease pressure on under-fire manager Jesse Marsch.

After striking the latest PL winner by an away player in over a decade, Summerville wasted little time in impacting this clash as he earned a penalty for his side within 49 seconds of kick-off after being tripped by Marcos Senesi inside the area.

Rodrigo Moreno (31) stepped up and sent Mark Travers (23) the wrong way.

The Cherries were level by the seventh minute, as Marcus Tavernier (23) sweetly volleyed home at the back post, scoring his first goal for the club in the city he was born in.

Gary O’Neil’s men completed their recovery soon afterwards, as Philip Billing (26) rifled home at the near post to leave Illan Meslier (22) motionless.

Leeds were booed off at the break, with the home faithful clearly unhappy with how disastrously open their side were in the first half.

O’Neil would’ve been bewildered that his side weren’t home and dry by the interval, as his side squandered huge chances to extend the lead, notably through Kieffer Moore (30) who scuffed a gilt-edged chance from the middle of the area.

In contrast to the first half, it was Bournemouth who flew out of the traps after the restart, extending their lead within three minutes.

Tavernier’s pace down the left proved too hot to handle, allowing him to pick out Dominic Solanke (25) to score his 50th league goal for the Cherries, deftly finishing into the far corner.

This breathless encounter continued to entertain as Leeds halved the deficit on the hour mark through Sam Greenwood (20), picking out the top corner with a glorious left-footed strike from the edge of the area.

The raucous atmosphere inside Elland Road had completely turned, with the fans now firmly with their side. Super sub Greenwood whipped in a corner that was powered home at the back post by Liam Cooper (31) to sensationally level this contest.

Bournemouth threw away a two-goal lead to lose against Tottenham last week, and history repeated itself here. On a lightning quick transition, Willfried Gnonto (19) slotted in Summerville to rifle home and blow the roof off Elland Road.

A remarkable comeback lifts Leeds into 12th, while Bournemouth sank closer to the relegation zone after an eight consecutive H2H loss on the road.
