Tottenham 'reach verbal agreement' with Sporting for Pedro Porro
Spurs finally look to have secured the signing of Spanish right-back Pedro Porro, with multiple reports suggesting the player will fly to London on Sunday to complete his medical and finalise paperwork.
Multiple reports have suggested that Tottenham have reached a "full verbal agreement" with Sporting and that the former Manchester City player is saying farewell to his teammates in Lisbon on Saturday evening.
The Spaniard is set to sign a deal until 2028.
Spurs have been long linked with the 23-year-old throughout the January transfer window, but rumours suggested Sporting were unwilling to budge on their €45 million (£39.5 million) valuation of the player.
Should the deal go through he will become Conte's second signing this month after the arrival of Arnaut Danjuma on loan from Villareal earlier this week.
The Dutch forward scored on his debut after coming off the bench in Spurs' 3-0 FA Cup win against Preston.
