Wales' World Cup campaign took a heavy blow on Friday after they suffered a late defeat at the hands of Iran in Al Rayyan, Qatar.

Substitute Rouzbeh Cheshmi struck from outside the box in the 98th minute, before Ramin Rezaeian added a second to seal victory for Iran, who have now boosted their chances of reaching the knockout stages for the first time in their history.
